Raggiunge i 50 cm di lunghezza. Lo si può trovare in due varianti di differente colore.

Diffusione

Nell'Oceano Pacifico e nell'Oceano Indiano. Lo si ritrova occasionalmente nel commercio di pesci da acquario.
